EasyStack provides TCL with an open cloud computing platform to support its manufacturing operations across 18 manufacturing bases and multiple departments, covering both test and production environments. TCL has deployed five private cloud clusters with 125 physical servers since 2016, migrated 200+ VMs from VMware to EasyStack in one month, upgraded its platform online from V3 to V6, and enabled multi-cloud management across AWS and EasyStack.
EasyStack Cloud provides the cloud infrastructure environment for Bluesail Chemical’s digital production and enterprise systems, supporting production automation, enterprise management, office operations, and smart inspection and safety management. Production data and enterprise applications are integrated across the company’s digital environment, enabling centralized management and supporting safe and efficient plant operations.
EasyStack Cloud provides an operational environment for driverless light rail systems to continuously collect and analyze track sensor data in real time, notify technical operations teams of track serviceability, and support track servicing schedules. Track maintenance data is updated to provide feedback on repair frequency and status, helping ensure regular maintenance and uninterrupted train services for commuters.
EasyStack helped Coca-Cola Bottling Company transform its IT infrastructure by consolidating resources from nearly 100 business and office systems into ECS Stack, enabling standardized IT services, automated resource orchestration, intelligent operations, comprehensive monitoring, and scalable infrastructure. The solution also provides automatic backup and one-click virtual machine recovery, with distributed storage increasing data availability to 99.999% and enabling VM restoration to a newly expanded ECS Stack in the event of platform-level failures or disasters.
